Written Testimonials
Before coming to R&R therapy, I had a great deal of right neck and shoulder pain. I was unable to raise my arm for any length of time and unable to complete easy tasks. During therapy I was shown the proper exercises to decrease the flare-ups and pain. Little by little my pain dimminished and I was able to use my right arm more. After my 8 weeks of therapy, I am able to use my right arm for a good amount of time like I am supposed too! This therapy has taught me how to live pain free! Thank you very much!

Who benefits from PT?AnswerMany and all can benefit from therapy. As an active therapist, I work out and am always observing others. I very rarely come across individuals with perfect body mechanics, training techniques, or movement patterns. This is where wellness comes into play. Typically the most appropriate patients are those who have been in accidents (work-related, automobile, or falls), athletes with overstress injuries, arthritic patients, pre and post-operative patients, and those with general reconditioning, or strains. |
