Rene Luna, Physical Therapist, President, CEO
Rene is the founder & CEO of R & R Physical Therapy. He began his career working in several rehabilitation settings as a traveling physical therapist in the Midwest, the Northeast and the Southeast part of the United States. He has worked with several patients of all ages in areas of orthopedic cases, sports injuries, musculoskeletal and neurological injuries or diseases. He has taken specialized coursework in the areas of manual therapy and geriatric rehabilitation. He has been using powerful approach in treating patients with great success. During his career, he has demonstrated the exceptional ability to solve many musculoskeletal & neurological symptoms with his specialized approach and comprehensive rehabilitative techniques.

Rene C. Manzo, Respiratory Therapist, Vice President and CFO
Rene is the cofounder of R&R Physical therapy. He earned an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy in Tallahassee Community College and a degree in Psychology at Florida State University. Rene taught at TCC and worked as a clinical Instructor at the same time. He worked for 21 years doing patient care at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Rene is highly skilled in technical field that inspired him to become a computer programming specialist. He worked at TMH as one of the technical support personnel. Finally, Rene joined his exemplary skills and magnificence with Mr. Luna to create R & R Physical Therapy practice like no other. “I am a huge advocate for people who need care.” |

Tina Davis, Physical Therapist, Lead Therapist
Tina is a Tallahassee native and a graduate of the Florida A & M University in 1997 in Bachelors Degree of Physical Therapy program with magna cum laude award. She is an experienced physical therapist now specializing in therapeutic rehabilitation for residents in assisted living and retirement communities. She possesses extensive knowledge relative to dementia, neurological and musculoskeletal impairment and behavioral modification. She has considerable expertise with the geriatric population with emphasis on physical wellness, functional restoration, and balance and fall prevention.

Julie Steffy, Physical Therapist Assistant
Julie joined out team on April of 2010. She brings us her warm, caring, personal approach to physical therapy from the outpatient clinic of a rehabilitation hospital here in Tallahassee, after spending several years treating a broad age range of patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. Julie graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Associate Degree in Applied Science from Central Pennsylvania College in Harrisburg, PA. She has taken additional coursework in brain injury and stroke rehabilitation, as well as studying advanced therapy techniques for patients with joint replacements, lymphedema and peripheral neuropathy.

Richard Jason Spurlock, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist Technician
Jason joined our team in May of 2010. He has been a massage therapist for over eleven years with most of that experience being in medical massage practice. He graduated from the CORE Institute of Massage Therapy in 1998. He also has attained a bachelors degree from Florida State University in Exercise Science. This combined experience and education gives him a unique perspective and approach to correcting structural and functional imbalances. He utilizes a variety of manual therapy techniques including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy, active isolated stretching, and PNF stretching to help his clients to find structural balance and to alleviate musculoskeletal pain and dysfunctions. “I believe that healing comes from within. Theresa (Teri) White, Office Specialist and Billing Manager
She has worked in the medical field for many years in several different types of setting. She has been living in Tallahassee for 10 years. Like every red blooded Tallahassee resident, she loves the Seminoles and all the activities that surround the college especially football.
