WHAT IS TMR?

TOTAL MOTION RELEASE (TMR)

Total Motion Release is a fantastic new approach to treating pain and dysfunctions, such as immobility, loss of balance, loss of joint range of motion, and muscle weakness. The technique utilizes a whole body approach to rapidly eliminate muscular restrictions. These restrictions build up in our bodies over time and are the result of acute and chronic injuries, such as sprains, strains, fractures, spinal injuries, and postural deviations and changes (scoliosis, kyphosis, etc.).

Over time, if untreated, these injuries will manifest themselves as arthritis, sciatica, herniated discs, and joint/spinal pain, to name a few.

The following conditions are best
treated by Total Motion Release:

At R&R Physical Therapy, we treat our patients exclusively with Total Motion Release (TMR) and find that our clients heal and return to normal life much faster than traditional therapy approach. Our patients experience a positive healing change in minutes- not days, weeks, or months.

The technique is very comfortable and utilizes motion on the good side of the body to rapidly eliminate the muscular restrictions found throughout the body. Our focus is educating the patient in learning how to relieve pain, to correct and fix their own restrictions.
